"Arte en la Moda" took place at the Auditorio Nacional, in Mexico City, where 12 fashion designers were paired with 12 painters. I collaborated with Rocio Valencia. Since she was working only on men's clothing and I was very interested in Mexican Popular Culture, we decided to create a collection based on Lucha Libre. The outcome was a pink fur ring which acted as a catwalk for masked models in eclectic suits, long jackets... and some fashionable fighting.
